1.1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller. We use a Merchant of Record for all our orders.
They handle all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax) depending on your jurisdiction.

1.2. Product Delivery
KIWI Core provides custom digital assets.
Upon successful payment and necessary information has been submitted, we will proceed with your order.

Delivery Time:
Your customized package will be delivered via a secure download link to the email address provided at checkout within 5 business days.

Asset Quality:
The 5-day delivery window begins only when we have received a functional logo file.

Download Availability:
Your secure download link will remain active for 30 days. It is your responsibility to download and securely back up your files within this timeframe.

1.3. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Because our products are customized, personalized digital goods, and our transactions are Business-to-Business (B2B), all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the rendering process has begun.
By completing your purchase, you waive any right to cancel the order.
If you are disappointed with the product, please contact us
and we will do our best to correct the result.

1.4. Licensing and Usage Rights
Upon delivery, KIWI Core grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use
the customized flight charts for your own commercial purposes (e.g., on your retail website, social media, and marketing materials).

What you CAN do:
Use the images freely across your own brand's digital and physical channels.

What you CANNOT do:
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the images (or the base templates) with third parties.

Ownership:
KIWI Core retains full copyright and ownership of the original base designs and templates.
You retain all rights to your uploaded logo.

1.5. Customer Responsibilities
You guarantee that you have the legal right and authority to use the logo, trademark, and URL submitted to us.
KIWI Core is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from the assets you provide.
